I created                           after working in the dental industry for over 19 years. I started as an intern when I was 13, I found a love for Dentistry with no escape. I worked for a cruise line for a few years, but I couldn't stay away from the dental world. My mom worked in the dental consulting world and then transitioned to working for a single dental practice until she retired.

I earned my Bachelors Degree in Theatrical Design and Business Management at Frostburg State University in Frostburg, MD. From there I worked for Holland America Cruise Lines as their Entertainment Technical Manager (ETM), which is now known as Production Manager (but I've heard rumors they are going back to calling it ETM). I've worked in the front office of General Dental Practices as well as Specialty Practices for every specialty dentistry has to offer. My favorite offices are the Fee For Service, boutique practices that cater to their patients. Prioritizing patient care over what insurance attempts to dictate as the "standard" is important to me, which is why I am so determined to help offices get 100% of the money they are rightfully owed from insurances.

In the last 19 years I've found that most dental offices struggle with finding time to treat patients properly, managing the business side of the practice and maintaining a work/life balance.​ I've also found most offices run at a collection rate between 45% and 65%. My goal is to get every office I work with to 90% or higher.

In 2022 I discovered after having my son and working from home during my maternity leave that dental billing can be effectively and efficiently managed outside of the office. There are so many benefits to outsourcing your billing and accounts receivable from lowering overhead costs to increasing staff productivity.

Our first practice had an outstanding collections of over $150,000. After 6 months that balance was halved. Over the course of one year that outstanding collections balance as decreased to less than $38,000. ​

Our 1st Coaching practice, (single doctor with 2 hygienists) within 1 year of working with us - diligently following and adapting to new systems and processes went from producing $956,000 to $2.5 Million.

Our 2nd Coaching practice, 2 doctors with 2 hygienists, went from producing $1.17 Million to $2 Million
